Private Sessions are tailored to your needs at the time and can include various sound healing modalities, Reiki Energy Healing, breathwork, meditation, and the use of crystals.
The benefits of healing sessions are cumulative and regular sessions are highly recommend in order to receive the most benefit. Gong Master Dean generally suggests starting with weekly or biweekly sessions for 1-2 months, then scheduling every 3-4 weeks. Sound and energy healing is like exercising. The first time, you may feel great. But if you don’t do it again, or if you put too much time in between sessions, you will not notice much change. Like exercising, even consistent short sessions will provide the best results.

What is Sound Healing?
The application of sound through instruments (or voice) to balance the body, mind, and spirit. The sound of the GONG and TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS are relaxing and calming, centering and energizing, and transforming and healing. GONGS and TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS have been used in yoga, meditation, vibrational therapy, and energy healing from the distant past to present.
How Does Sound Healing Work?
The body is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Illness is caused by disharmony within the body, mind and emotions. Sound healing helps to bring the body, mind and emotions back into harmony with the soul or spirit.
What are the Benefits of Sound Healing?
Stimulates the body’s natural healing capacity.
Release of stress & tension.
Relief of mental distress.
Relieves body-ache/pains or discomfort, such as headaches, menstrual pains, back pain and other ailments.
Helps to enter a state of meditation.
Is Sound Therapy Safe?
Sound healing is a natural form of healing and is completely safe if practiced by a qualified sound healer. Sound healing should be used to complement medical treatment. You should never discontinue your medical treatments or medicines without permission from your doctor. Always consult with your health care provider.
What Happens during the Session?
You will lie on a Reiki/Massage table fully clothed while the sound healer makes sounds around you. Sound healing might also be given when you are seated or even standing.
How Long does a Session Last?
The whole session usually lasts 60 minutes.
What will I Experience during a Session?
What one experiences during a session varies somewhat from person to person. Most people feel a sense of deep relaxation. Some people may see colors. Sometimes people get sensations which may intensify for a few moments before disappearing.
What Happens after the Session?
When you get home you need to drink plenty of water. This will help your body to release toxins. Most people feel deeply relaxed after a sound healing session. Sometimes after a sound healing session, there is a adjustment period - old symptoms may return for a while before disappearing altogether. Often, after a session. Dean provides you with suggestions or a personalized home routine to follow. Any recommend lifestyle changes will be discussed after the session.
How often are the Sessions?
Most people need more than one session to get their body into balance again. We recommend that you start with weekly or biweekly sessions for 1-2 months, then scheduling every 3-4 weeks. If you have a serious illness you may need more sessions before you start to feel well again.
